By creating an InfoShip account you agree to these terms. Read them carefully.
1. Your account
You’re responsible for keeping login credentials safe and for activity on your account.
2. Acceptable use
- No illegal content, hate speech or harassment.
- No spam, malware or affiliate-link stuffing on storefronts.
- No reverse engineering or scraping the platform.
3. Intellectual property
You own everything you create on InfoShip. We get a limited license only to host, display and deliver your content to your buyers.
4. AI-generated content
You’re responsible for reviewing AI-assisted output. We add a “human review recommended” notice; please act on it.
5. Payments & payouts
Stripe processes payments. Marketplace sales include an 8% platform fee. Payouts follow Stripe’s standard schedule.
6. Termination
You can cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Limitation of liability
InfoShip is provided “as is”. Our liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
