1. Data we collect
- Account info: name, email, profile photo.
- Content you create: products, drafts, uploads.
- Usage analytics: pages visited, features used (anonymized).
- Billing: handled by Stripe; we never see your card details.
2. How we use it
To run the service, improve features, prevent fraud and communicate important account updates. We never sell your data.
3. AI data handling
Your content is sent to our AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) under their zero-retention agreements. We do not use your content to train models. See our AI Usage Guidelines.
4. Storage & security
Encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Daily backups with point-in-time recovery.
5. Your rights
You can export, correct or hard-delete your data anytime from Settings → Data. GDPR & CCPA compliant.
6. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for auth and a single analytics cookie (Plausible — privacy-friendly, no cross-site tracking). You can opt out from Settings → Privacy.
